Honestly i am very happy with this purchase

I ordered black and received grey was a birthday present so was disappointed. Customer service just gave me £50 compensation but at least they were happy with the grey I wasn’t though…

I find this chair very comfortable and supportive. The cushion is firm but soft, and both the headrest and lumbar pillow offer good comfort. The footrest feels sturdy as well. However, the angle adjustment could be smoother, as it snaps back abruptly when readjusting. I also wish there was a lock function to prevent the armrests from twisting left and right. Overall, it's a solid chair for the price.

Everything is perfect. comfortable to sit, texture on chair is perfect. Wouldnhave been nice if it could tilt but it reclines back like I have never experienced before. You can lie completely flat on it supported. Amazing!
