Very solid chair, but arm rests are to low. At least 2" to low...

chair keeps squeeking for no reason good build, good material.

The chair is very comfy and the pull out foot rest is a really nice addition

Chair is comfortable enough when able to be used… bought two sofa gaming chairs at the same time. One is fine, the other one an arm rest was broken on arrival. Tried to use but it doesn’t lock in place or raise up properly compared to the other arm, and the arms on the other identical chair. Asked for a replacement arm rest. Was sent the wrong piece (an arm rest for a cheaper chair that doesn’t fit the sofa chair). Asked for the correct piece, now being told by customer service they can’t/won’t help and that I have to send everything back at my own cost… When asking for help on TikTok I was muted, had comments deleted and then ignored… really disappointing. :(
